DeepLearn Instructor Program

We believe in excellence in everything that we do, and this starts with our instructors. We have an international team, and we continue to look for talented hands-on people who can join us to achieve our mission of democratizing AI education in Africa.

Our learners include professionals seeking to integrate AI into their work, professionals in career transition to AI technologies, and students aspiring to AI careers.

All of our courses and learning path programs are designed by international experts in the field. We are seeking instructors who are flexible to adapt and instruct courses effectively. Since we provide programs on new technologies every month, we need instructors who have good basic knowledge and are fast learners.

• Inspire students to learn today’s in-demand technical and soft skills
• Coach students to independently find solutions to their problems
• Guide students in their learning path, encouraging them to learn by making
• Organize weekly meetings and follow-ups with students to ensure their progress
• Evaluate assignments and hold simulated job interviews
• Organize and facilitate group workshops
• Liaise with the training center to guarantee an ideal student experience
• Assist new instructors through the DeepLearn Instructor Program
• Record video courses to optimize the students’ learning experience
• Provide feedback on how we can improve our programs

• Passion for teaching and students
• Sufficient English language skills for technical documentation and international team communication
• Strong technical skills in the subject matters to be taught
• A positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Minimum of six months of hands-on experience in the field you will be instructing
• Flexibility to adapt to programs designed by international experts
• Fast learning ability to integrate new technologies we introduce monthly
